Custom Table Decor


Our custom table decor service is designed for those who like to host a special occasion without the hassle of the set up. This is option is particularly good for those who may not have that creative eye. 


With this service our designers will support with a design concept in mind or help develop an idea that compliments your occasion. We source, assemble and remove all materials required to bring your table to life. 


Custom Table and Room Decor


Our custom table and room decor is designed for themed parties and special events where you would like a “turn-key solution”. This package gives special occasions that extra feel to enhance the overall experience. 


With this service our designers support by developing an overall theme for your event. We do an assessment of the location to understand the flow and perimeters of the space. We work with outside suppliers for speciality items such as bounce houses, furniture rentals and more. All coordination runs through us, to ensure our customers have a spectacular stress free event.


Additional Information:  


Both options are fully customisable, and begin with a consultation to kick off the creative process to better understand your wishes. Below is a brief overview of our design process: 


  • Introduction consultation
  • Design development  
  • Concept boards to support visualizing your event 
  • Sourcing and acquiring all items  
  • Table and room assembly   
  • Clean up and removal 


Price Structure:


Our pricing is primarily based on your design budget and is calculated using the below three categories:


  1. Base fee: This is calculated based on the time required to design, source, and setup your event. This will fluctuate depending on the size of the event you wish to host, however after understanding your design wishes and the number of guests, we can guarantee this fee.  
  2. Decor selection: This is calculated entirely on your design choices and budget. Our décor catalog is structured to be used as a guide to help visualise your options, and provide cost transparency.
  3. Closing costs: This includes the disassembly and packaging of all material surrounding your event, disposing of waste, and the professional cleaning of all dishes / glasses         / cutlery.
